Psychotherapy in Fulham, SW6.
I work with executives, academics, and creatives seeking meaningful changes in their lives. Whether you are facing challenges in your relationships, family network, your work life balance, or life-transitions, the right help can make all the difference.
From the outside, people may think that you are doing ok. And most of the time you probably are. However, if you are like many of my clients, you feel that there are problems that you can't seem to fix on your own, or you feel that you have become stuck and can't seem to move forward no matter what you try. Life is no longer fun.
Do any of the following sound familiar?
- Checking your phone messages or email at 2am because you are unable to sleep.
- Thinking about divorce.
- Do your colleagues or partner tell you that you have an issue with anger management.
- Have 500+ social media friends but still feel lonely.
- Missed your daughter's school play for the second time because you forgot the date.
- You worry that your colleagues will discover that you are not qualified for your job.
- Your son or daughter had stopped talking to you.
- You find yourself staring at a blank document for hours as you write and rewrite the opening sentence.
When it's a struggle to keep things together, the time has come to ask for help.

Mental health issues often form an invisible barrier against getting what we want in life. The friendship, the promotion, the closeness, the contentment and fulfilment. Unhealed wounds are like ghosts from the past that cloud our life today. Despite trying harder we fail to get results. We unknowingly repeat the same mistakes and unconsciously block our own path. We fail to thrive.
There is still a lot of stigma around seeking help for mental health issues. However taking care of yourself is important, especially when others depend you. And, it feels good to take back control.
I offer a warm and compassionate therapy. It is both a mental an physical space where you can feel safe to reflect, heal, and rebuild. In addition to my therapeutic knowledge, I bring a wide life experience that includes working both the corporate world and the entertainment industry. I am a husband and a father.
I look forward to meeting you.
